How much are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary as follows based on your location:

UK: We provide FREE shipping to the UK on orders over £40.00, for orders under £40.00 there is a fixed £1.95 shipping fee. All standard and free shipping orders are shipped 2nd class or Royal Mail 48hr. An upgraded recorded service is available for £5.00 which includes tracking.

Europe: £5.00 per order. This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery. Upgraded recorded service is £10.00.

Rest of the World: £5.00 per order. This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery. Upgraded recorded service is £10.00.

**PLEASE NOTE**

It is the customers responsibility to pay for any customs fees which may occur with shipments to destinations outside of the UK. Following the UK's exit from the European Union, this now also applies to countries within the EU. Any fees will be decided on by the order destinations specific custom tariffs and are beyond the control of Rainbow & Co. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are subject to a 3 to 5 working day turnaround time before being shipped. Once dispatched, delivery times vary as follows depending on your location. Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas and the Pride season (May-July) turnaround times before shipping may be longer, up to 10 working days.

UK: 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Europe: 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Rest of the World: 7-10 working days from dispatch.

 

Can I track my delivery?

Our standard service is untracked however if you pay to upgrade to recorded delivery, we will be able to provide you with a tracking number for your order.

 

I'm unhappy with my purchase, what should I do?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Rainbow & Co purchase, please get in touch with our customer service team on info@rainbowandco.uk and we'll be happy to help however we can.

Are all your products unisex?

We try to keep as many of our products unisex as possible to cater for the beautiful variety of people in the LGBTQ+ community. If you see an item you love but would like a different shape or style then don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll do everything we can to create your perfect piece of LGBTQ+ apparel.

 

What size should I buy?

All of our products include sizing guidelines in either the product description or as one of the product images. If you're still unsure what size to get after checking the sizing guides, get in touch and we'll be happy to recommend the size which will fit you best.

 

How does Rainbow & Co support LGBTQ+ charities?

Every quarter we donate 10% of our profits to local and national LGBTQ+ charities and fundraisers.

 

How can I nominate a charity to receive a donation from Rainbow & Co?

If you'd like to nominate your favourite LGBTQ+ charity to be considered for our quarterly donations, simply fill in the form on our contact page or email us on info@rainbowandco.uk with the subject line: Charity Nomination.
