All orders are subject to our 3 to 5 working day turnaround time before being shipped.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary as follows based on your location:

UK: 

Standard Shipping: For orders under £40.00 there is a fixed £1.95 shipping fee. This is an  untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery.

Free Shipping: We provide FREE shipping to the UK on orders over £40.00. This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery.

Tracked Delivery: £5.00 per order. This is a tracked service with proof of delivery.

Europe

We currently only ship to Europe via Etsy to ensure all of the correct tax and import fees are paid. You can visit our Etsy shop by clicking here.

Rest of the World

Standard Shipping: £7.00 per order. This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery.

Canada

Recorded Shipping: £12.00 per order. This is a tracked service but does not provide a signature upon delivery.

 

**PLEASE NOTE**

It is the customers responsibility to pay for any customs fees which may occur with shipments to destinations outside of the UK. Following the UK's exit from the European Union, this now also applies to countries within the EU. Any fees will be decided on by the order destinations specific custom tariffs and are beyond the control of Rainbow & Co.
